Yes, burrs can be removed from even very minute parts.
Can sharp edges be maintained in the components after the process?
No, A small fillet and chamfer appears after the process due to material removal
Can pit marks and dent marks be removed?
Yes, pit marks and dent marks can be removed depending upon components structure and media reach to these areas in the component.
We require polishing inside the ID (Internal Diameter) of cylindrical components. Is it possible?
Yes, it can be done. However, the lowest diameter hole to be polished should not fall below 4-5mm.
Our components have with threading on them. Does your process damage them?
The internal thread damage can certainly be controlled whereas the external threads are affected by the Abrasive media.
What is the cost per kg or piece for carrying out job work of MS/SS/brass components?
As cost for carrying out the job work primarily requires to ascertain many parameters. We shall not arrive at any desired answer regarding the costing process time and consumables usage. Trials must be conducted to freeze these parameters and arrive at a desired solution.
Can burr from the grooves be removed?
The same can be confirmed only after conducting trials.
What is the lead time for the machine supply?
Since the machines we manufacture are made-to-order, including the imported motor installed, we will require about 4-6 weeks from our Customers Order date.
